FAITH BUILDING TEAM

 St. Andrew’s Faith Building Team, (previously known as the Deacons) is involved with several areas of congregational life.  One area is that of the physical aspects of worship in the Sanctuary, such as changing the Paraments for each of the church liturgical seasons, ordering flowers for Christmas and Easter, preparing the communion elements, “hanging the greens” for Advent,  pew attendance sheets, etc.

Another aspect is Christian Education.  The team selects and orders Advent and Lenten devotionals so that the congregation is Also under the team’s auspices are Youth and Adult C.E.

A vital part of the F. B. team’s work is continuing connections with St. Andrew’s members and friends who are not able to be at worship or other activities.  Each team member has three or four members/friends they call every month or so, hopefully assuring them they are not forgotten.
