Stewardship Team
Called to develop an understanding of Christian Stewardship among the people of St. Andrew.
Focused on managing the financial and the physical resources of St. Andrew in a manner intended to preserve its future financial health, physical operation, ministry to the congregation, and outreach to the wider community. Responsibilities include the Audit, Pledge Drive, Capital Campaign, Insurance Coverage, Financial Reports and the Annual Budget.
Spending Guidelines
All expenditures relating to capital improvements, purchase of equipment, and maintenance must be approved by majority vote of the Stewardship Team and the Church Council before obligating the church for expenditures which exceed the approved operating and capital budgets.
Council approval is required to accept any gift of personal property on behalf of the church, and Congregational approval is required to sell or dispose of personal property of the church.
